1. What we offer

Inside Athlete's Mind provides performance and mindset coaching for athletes, teams, coaches and parents, applying the principles of sports psychology. Sessions are delivered by our high-performance analysts.

Our service supports athletic development. It is NOT medical care, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or a diagnosis or treatment of any health condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical or mental-health professional. If you are in distress or need clinical help, please contact a doctor or a licensed professional.

2. Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We review each request and contact you to arrange a time. We may decline or reschedule where necessary.

3. Eligibility & minors

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to and oversee your use of the service. By booking on someone's behalf you confirm you are authorised to do so.

4. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information and engage respectfully. Outcomes depend on many factors; we make no guarantee of specific results.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics and materials — belongs to Inside Athlete's Mind and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inside Athlete's Mind is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
