Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit the booking form we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, sport(s), session preference, and any notes you share. For clubs/academies we also collect the club name, the representative's name and designation, and the club address (including approximate map coordinates if you select a location).

We do not knowingly collect more than you choose to enter, and we do not collect special-category or sensitive personal data through the website.

2. How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver your session, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Where it's stored

Submissions are stored securely in Google Firebase / Google Cloud. Access is restricted to our team. We use Google Maps for optional address lookup and Google for displaying our public reviews; their use of data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record-keeping, after which it is deleted on request or in the normal course.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Many of those we help are minors. If you are under 18, please use the form only with a parent or guardian's involvement. Parents/guardians may book on a young athlete's behalf and may contact us about that data at any time.

8. Cookies & analytics

The site uses only the cookies necessary to function (for example, a secure login session for our team console). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
